My Favourite Book

I have lots of books in my bookcase, but my favourite book is the English book for Grade Five students—Beijing Edition. It has so many interesting stories and activities that I can’t help reading it whenever I have some spare time.

The book is divided into three parts: listening, speaking and reading. The listening part contain

s a lot of audio materials, like dialogues, conversations and so on. It helps me to understand the pronunciation of English words and sentences better. The speaking part includes plenty of topics that can help me practice my speaking skills. What’s more, the reading part also offers me a great selection of interesting stories.

Not only that, I love the activities in this book. I can write essays, do some grammar exercises and even practice speaking with my friends. The activities in this book are so much fun!

I think this book is a great way to learn and practice English. With this book, I can learn a lot of new words and phrases, and I can also practice my English skills.

For me, this book is like a good friend. I can’t wait to pick it up and read it when I have some free time. I am sure that this book will be my best friend forever.
