My Experience of Learning English

My name is Lin Lin. I am a student of Grade 5. English is one of the most important subjects in my school life. I started to learn English since Grade 1.

At the beginning,

it was very hard for me to learn English. I could barely remember the words and phrases. Every day after school, I had to spend much time studying English. I went over the grammar rules many times, and read the English textbooks over and over again.

Fortunately, I had a great English teacher. She was patient and kind. She never showed disappointment or anger when I made mistakes. She always gave me some useful tips to help me learn English better. Gradually, I began to feel more interested in English. I started to enjoy learning English.

At present, I have learnt a lot of new words and grammar rules. I can make simple English sentences by myself. I can also understand some simple English stories and articles. I really like English now.

In the future, I will continue to study English and try to make progress each day. I will pursue my dream and make it come true.

Learning English is a long journey. I believe I can make it and become a master of English.
